
Summary
The SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing the company’s website for search engines. This includes researching keywords, optimizing website content, and tracking the effectiveness of SEO efforts. The SEO Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that help the company achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
- Research keywords: This includes identifying keywords that are relevant to the company’s products or services, as well as keywords that are likely to be searched for by potential customers.
- Optimize website content: This includes optimizing website content for keywords, as well as ensuring that website content is high-quality and informative.
- Track the effectiveness of SEO efforts: This includes tracking the results of SEO efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments as needed.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies: This includes developing strategies for using SEO to achieve the company’s marketing goals, and executing those strategies.
- Work with other departments to ensure that SEO is aligned with the company’s overall goals: This includes working with the sales team to ensure that SEO is aligned with sales goals, working with the product development team to ensure that SEO is aligned with product development goals, and working with the customer service team to ensure that SEO is aligned with customer service goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends: This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and following thought leaders on social media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience in SEO
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques
