
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic and results-driven sales team, responsible for actively promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets, expand the customer base, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be representing our company and acting as the face of our brand, showcasing our products’ value and benefits to potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by understanding their needs and tailoring product presentations accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales manager and leadership team.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
- Product Knowledge:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services, their features, advantages, and unique selling points.
- Continuously update knowledge of product developments and improvements.

Education and Experience
