
Position Overview
As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by developing and executing effective sales marketing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing teams, aligning their efforts, and implementing targeted campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers. Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. - Team Management: Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Set clear goals and performance expectations, provide feedback and coaching, and conduct regular team meetings to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure messaging consistency, brand integrity, and effective call-to-action to generate leads and drive sales.
- Sales Collateral and Content: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and content that communicates the value proposition of the products or services. - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and gather data to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and target the right audience with personalized messaging.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing campaigns. Monitor expenses and ensure spending remains within approved budgets.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers. Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications and Skills
