Job Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our dynamic and high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Continuously monitor industry developments and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
    • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture within the team.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
    • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets to monitor performance and resource allocation.
    • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage sales pipelines and track sales activities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics to senior management.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions accordingly.
    • Participate in customer negotiations and complex sales processes when necessary.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company’s customer base.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the organization’s visibility and business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement action plans to address sales performance gaps and challenges.
    • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (X years) in sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role, guiding a sales team to success.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
