The Promotions Manager is responsible for developing and executing promotions that help the company achieve its goals. This includes developing promotional strategies, creating promotional materials, and managing the promotion process. The Promotions Manager will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of promotions and making adjustments as needed.
Develop promotional strategies: This includes identifying target audiences, setting promotional goals, and developing strategies for achieving those goals.
Create promotional materials: This includes developing promotional brochures, flyers, and other materials.
Manage the promotion process: This includes coordinating with other departments, tracking the progress of promotions, and ensuring that promotions are executed on time and within budget.
Track the effectiveness of promotions: This includes tracking the results of promotions, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments as needed.
Work with other departments to ensure that promotions are aligned with the company’s overall goals: This includes working with the sales team to ensure that promotions are aligned with sales goals, working with the product development team to ensure that promotions are aligned with product development goals, and working with the customer service team to ensure that promotions are aligned with customer service goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest promotions trends: This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and following thought leaders on social media.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience in promotions
Strong understanding of promotions principles and techniques
