Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced mortgage banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage lending process and a proven track record of success. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and close loans on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Originate, process, and close mortgage loans
- Work with borrowers to understand their financial needs and qualify them for a loan
- Underwrite loans to ensure that they meet lending guidelines
- Negotiate loan terms with lenders
- Process closing documents and disburse funds
- Stay up-to-date on changes to the mortgage lending process and regulations
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Experience: Experience in mortgage banking
