
Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales and maintaining existing accounts through phone and email outreach. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Manager and other members of the sales team to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads by determining their needs and whether they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
- Set appointments for the sales team.
- Present and sell products or services to potential customers over the phone or email.
- Follow up with potential customers and close deals.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work long hours and meet deadlines.
