The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support the company’s decision-making process. The Financial Analyst will work with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, and external auditors.
Analyze financial data. This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and assess the company’s financial health.
Provide financial insights. This includes using financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and support decision-making.
Prepare financial reports. This includes preparing financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Communicate financial information. This includes communicating financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Other duties as assigned. This may include a variety of other tasks related to financial analysis, such as preparing presentations, conducting training, and providing support to other departments.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience in financial analysis.
Strong understanding of financial principles and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
