
Summary
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that achieve the company’s goals. This includes managing the company’s email list, creating and sending email campaigns, and tracking and measuring the results of email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns: This includes developing the campaign’s goals, target audience, and creative strategy; managing the email list; and tracking and measuring the campaign’s results.
- Manage the company’s email list: This includes growing the email list, cleaning the email list, and segmenting the email list.
- Create and send email campaigns: This includes writing email copy, designing email templates, and sending email campaigns.
- Track and measure the results of email campaigns: This includes tracking open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in email marketing: This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and following thought leaders on social media.
- Work with other departments, such as product development and sales, to ensure that email marketing campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience in email marketing
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy
Skills and Experience
- Experience with a variety of email marketing software, such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Experience with data analysis and measurement.
