Analyze competitor activity and customer behavior to stay ahead in the market and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Sales Team Leadership:
Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and KPIs for each member of the sales team, guiding them towards achieving individual and team goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and supporting their professional development.
Sales Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, sales presentations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Implement and maintain effective sales tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance overall sales performance.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Develop and manage sales forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management and other stakeholders.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance against targets, identifying trends, and making actionable recommendations for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
Act as a point of escalation for major customer issues and resolutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the company’s reputation.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and ongoing training for the existing sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and market trends, and incorporate this knowledge into training initiatives.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Collaborate with the finance department to develop the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
