The Creative Director is responsible for overseeing the creative vision of the company’s marketing campaigns. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies that are both creative and effective.
Develop and execute marketing strategies: This includes developing the creative brief, working with the marketing team to execute the strategy, and managing the creative process.
Oversee the creative team: This includes hiring and managing the creative team, providing feedback on creative work, and ensuring that the team meets deadlines.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing and design: This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and following thought leaders on social media.
Work with other departments, such as product development and sales, to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field
Experience in creative direction
