Summary

The Cash Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s cash flow and ensuring that the company has adequate cash on hand to meet its financial obligations. The Cash Manager will work with management to develop and implement cash management strategies, and will also be responsible for managing the company’s bank accounts and investments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s cash flow. This includes forecasting cash needs, monitoring cash balances, and managing cash inflows and outflows.
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies. This includes identifying and managing cash flow risks, and developing strategies to optimize cash flow.
  • Manage the company’s bank accounts and investments. This includes opening and closing bank accounts, depositing and withdrawing funds, and managing investment portfolios.
  • Prepare cash flow reports. This includes preparing monthly and quarterly cash flow reports, and providing analysis of cash flow trends.
  • Administer the company’s treasury policies and procedures. This includes ensuring that the company’s treasury policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned. This may include a variety of other tasks related to cash management, such as preparing presentations, conducting training, and providing support to other departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in cash management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
