We are looking for a talented and experienced Budget Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting principles and practices. They will be able to use their skills to develop and manage budgets for a variety of projects and departments.
Develop and manage budgets: The Budget Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for a variety of projects and departments. This includes gathering data, forecasting expenses, and preparing budget reports.
Analyze budget performance: The Budget Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing budget performance. This includes identifying areas where costs are out of control and making recommendations for improvement.
Advise management on budget matters: The Budget Analyst will advise management on budget matters. This includes providing insights into budget trends, identifying potential risks, and making recommendations for budget adjustments.
Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders: The Budget Analyst will need to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including management, employees, and vendors. They will need to be able to explain complex budget concepts in a clear and concise way.
Stay up-to-date on the latest budgeting trends: The Budget Analyst will need to stay up-to-date on the latest budgeting trends. This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and networking with other budget analysts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in budgeting.
Strong understanding of budgeting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other budgeting software
