As an Account Executive Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships for our organization. This position entails leading a team of skilled Account Executives while working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to our valued customers. Your expertise in sales strategy, team management, and client engagement will be critical in achieving our business objectives and maintaining our reputation as a customer-centric company.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives to optimize their performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and individual growth.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives and maximize market potential.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales tactics.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their business.
Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track individual and team performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Sales Process Improvement:
Continuously improve the sales process by implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.
Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure the efficient use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other resources.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Effectively communicate company goals, initiatives, and performance updates to the Account Executive team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, or similar role in B2B sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
